30/12/2013: Oceana in Zeebrugge

Vandaag, 30 december 2013 werd het cruiseseizoen in Zeebrugge afgesloten. Dit gebeurde door het 261 meter lange cruiseschip Oceana. Het schip kwam deze morgen om 06:45 aan uit het Engelse Southamtpon, en vertrok weer om 18:00 met als bestemming Amsterdam, in Nederland. Aan boord bevonden zich rond de 2,016 passagiers, die een uitstapje naar de kerstmarkt in Brugge of andere bestemmingen in ons belgenland gepland hadden.

Dit seizoen mochten we de Independence of the Seas verwelkomen, met zijn 339 meter het grootste cruiseschip die ooit in Zeebrugge gelegen heeft. Voor 2014 wordt de start verwacht in de maand maart, waar de AIDAsol het nieuwe cruiseseizoen komt openen.

Ondanks de grijze lucht en de hevige wind, ging ons team toch een kijkje nemen, hieronder enkele foto's!

Today, 30 december 2013 cruise season in Zeebrugge was closed. This was done by the 261-meter long cruise ship Oceana. The ship came this morning at 06: 45 from Southampton, England, and left at 18: 00 with the destination Amsterdam, in Netherlands. On board were around the 2,016 passengers who had a trip to the Christmas market in Bruges or other destinations in our country planned.

This season we could welcome the Independence of the Seas, with its 339 metres the largest cruise ship ever called at Zeebrugge. For 2014 , the first ship is expected in march, the AIDAstella.
